Who we are

Best Outcomes AI ("we", "us") provides an AI phone receptionist for home-service businesses. Contact: hello@bestoutcomes.ai.

What we collect

Sign-up form: your name, business name, phone, email, trade, service area, and your answers to our short questions (team size, missed calls, current setup, plan interest, price expectations, founding-member interest).
Calls to our demo line: your phone number, a recording and transcript of the call, and anything you tell the assistant (for example your business name).
Website usage: pages visited and ad-campaign tags (UTM parameters), and cookies from the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel used to measure our ads.

How we use it

To set up your free trial and contact you about it by email.
To send a text message only when you ask for one during a call (for example a sign-up or booking link).
To improve our product and measure which ads work.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not call or text you for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: our voice and messaging provider (Bland AI), website hosting (Netlify), form, email and automation tools (e.g. Make, Google, Microsoft), and Meta and TikTok for ad measurement. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

Call recordings

Calls to our demo line are recorded, and the assistant tells you this at the start of each call. Recordings are kept for up to 90 days and are used for quality and training of our assistant.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
Email hello@bestoutcomes.ai to access, correct or delete your information.
You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad settings and your browser.

Security & retention

We keep sign-up information for as long as needed to provide the trial and service, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
